Books 2005

Earlier this year, Elwing posted about the “Fifty Fifty Book Challenge” in which you read 50 new books and 50 old books within a year. I wasnt sure if I would have time for 100 books (that is almost two books a week), but I liked the idea of a book challenge to motivate me to read more. Instead of 100 books in a year, I decided to aim for 50 books both old and new. So far it has been a great success and I have some good (and bad) books.

So I think its pretty safe to say I’m not going to make 50 books this year. Probably in part because of the amount of work I have been doing for KDE and my addiction to SuDoKu on the Metro. I’m not disappointed with my efforts however, I read several books I’ve been meaning to read for a long time, and I am always reading textbooks and research papers.
